FINE DINING MEETS STUDENT LABORATORY

Learning in school is one thing, applying it on the job is another. The student run du Jour Restaurant allows students to apply what they’ve learned to a professional working environment. du Jour is one part fine dining restaurant and one part student laboratory. The du Jour menu changes everyday with input from the students based on the freshest ingredients and their curriculum. Students say the experience they gain during their time in the restaurant is some of the most meaningful and memorable.

One of our most intriguing Newcomer luncheons of the year happens in May!  Our event at Arizona Culinary Institute Scottsdale falls in the midst of Arizona Restaurant Week  What better time and place to celebrate then the student-run du Jour Restaurant.

Orders will be taken by the wait staff on the day of the luncheon

Cancellation Policy:

CANCELLATIONS: CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER Monday, May 23rd, 2022 at 12 p.m.  

Members:  Cancellations received on or before Monday May 23rd, 2022 at 12:00pm will receive a credit to Club account which can be used to pay for any future online paid activity.

Non-Members:  Cancellations received on or before Monday May 23rd, 2022 at 12:00pm will have funds returned to PayPal or Credit Card less $2.50 handling fee per person.  Cancel by replying to your confirmation email.

Members needing to cancel before the cancellation deadline should use online cancellation

All Registrants:  Cancellations after the deadline and no-shows will not receive a refund.
